About Me
Hi, my name is Ciera! I'm a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, with 6 years of professional experience in the health and fitness industry. I received my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, with an emphasis in Exercise Science, and leaped into the fitness world to follow my passion for making health and wellness accessible for everyone. I've continued my education and experience by becoming a Certified Personal Trainer, a Precision Nutrition certified coach, and a Pre/Postnatal training specialist.
I specialize in functional strength training, corrective exercise, injury prevention, nutrition, women's health, and weightloss. Utilizing a balanced approach, my clients are able to reach sustainable results for the long-term and create lasting behavior changes to build an overall healthier lifestyle. I help you find results that you can keep, without having to sacrifice the parts of life that create the best memories.

After struggling with low energy, disordered eating habits, and the inability to find balance while reaching my goals, I found the "secret" to real results that last.
I understand and connect with every client I work with. Health can be a sustainable lifestyle, but it takes optimal guidance and knowledge to get there.
